Team leader Sales DACH (m/f/d)

Our client is a globally active manufacturer of protective clothing / PPE based in Austria.


Your responsibilities:

  • Main contact person for the field service DACH
  • Budget responsibility for the DACH area
  • operational key account – responsibility
  • Relief of the sales manager regarding sales and brand management in the DACH region
  • Strategic development of sales activities
  • Expansion of the sales structure
  • Further expansion of customer relationships and consolidation of the brand in the market
  • Acquisition of sustainable customer relationships
  • Development of strategic sales concepts and structures
  • Safety & experience in working and leading according to key figures
  • Implementation and control of key figures
  • Technical and disciplinary management and leadership of the team
  • Planning and implementation of sales meetings
  • very close exchange with the office staff and marketing
  • Home office possible by arrangement
  • Reporting to the management


Your profile:

  • commercial apprenticeship
  • At least 3 – 5 years in a comparable position in the relevant industry of protective clothing / equipment
  • Network in the relevant segment
  • Management experience
  • secure IT knowledge of merchandise management and good MS-Office skills
  • Extensive experience in sales / key account management // Ability for (cold) acquisition and customer retention/care
  • Knowledge of key figures and experience in deriving measures on the basis of key figure evaluation
  • Understanding and affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills and very good comprehension, process thinking and creative thinking, organized and structured
  • High communication skills / people management, negotiation skills, high level of initiative / proactive, team player, resilient, flexible // doer type!
  • German spoken and written / confident English
