Our client is a globally active manufacturer of protective clothing / PPE based in Austria.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contact person for the international sales partners / agents
  • Budget responsibility for the international markets
  • operational key account responsibility / market responsibility
  • Relief of the sales manager with regard to sales and brand management in international markets
  • Strategic development of international sales activities
  • Expansion of the sales structure
  • Acquisition and development of new markets // international market research and market preparation
  • Development of strategic sales concepts
  • Safety & experience in working and leading according to key figures of agents/distributors, etc.
  • Implementation and control of key figures
  • Planning and implementation of sales meetings
  • very close exchange with the office staff / team management
  • Flexible choice of location (Germany/Austria)
  • Reporting to the sales and management
  • Presence at regular meetings in Austria lasting several days

 

Your profile:

  • commercial apprenticeship
  • At least 3 – 5 years in a comparable position in a protective apparel/equipment company
  • German spoken and written / business fluent English, gladly other foreign languages
  • Knowledge of the international market for protective clothing and equipment
  • Management experience
  • secure IT knowledge of merchandise management and good MS-Office skills
  • Extensive experience in sales / key account management // Ability for (cold) acquisition and customer retention/care
  • Knowledge of key figures and experience in deriving measures on the basis of key figure evaluation
  • Understanding and affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills and very good comprehension, process thinking and creative thinking, organized and structured
  • High communication skills / people management, negotiation skills, high level of initiative / proactive, team player, resilient, flexible // doer type!
