Your job:

  • Management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the key account area as well as acquisition of new customers (DACH // focus on pure online retailers, as well as stationary/hybrid retail partners)
  • Holistic consulting of customers in their respective needs
  • nachhaltige Steuerung der Vertriebsaktivitäten auf den unterschiedlichen, angebundenen Portalen durch strategische wie operative Verantwortung
  • Further development of KPI management
  • Contact person for the various cooperation partnerships (e.g. marketplace business, etc.)
  • Control & monitoring of online content, respectively master data organization as well as close communication with marketing, external service providers, etc.
  • Management of online marketing
  • Flow of goods control in cooperation with corresponding in-house departments
  • Analyses of sales and derivation of necessary measures (pricing, reordering, etc.)
  • Assortment work in terms of depth and breadth of shares
  • Permanent NOS support
  • Communicate feedback to relevant departments (management, internal sales, design/PM, marketing, etc.)
  • Actively helping to shape and drive forward the new, cross-departmental, digital corporate strategy
  • Participate in collection meetings with merchandise knowledge / feedback from POS.
  • Preparation of analyses for the development of recommendations for the sales/design and purchasing strategy

 

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in the support of key accounts in eCommerce as well as professional space concepts, their implementation, optimization as well as daily handling
  • Knowledge of the specifics and processes of eCommerce
  • Experience in designing sales and marketing campaigns in an online environment incl. development, tracking and reporting of KPI’s Entwicklung, Tracking und Reporting von KPIs
  • Strong understanding of numbers and strong affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills
  • very good and quick perception
  • excellent Excel skills
  • business fluent English skills
  • Experience with digital tools, online marketing, social media, etc., as well as a modern corporate culture
  • very high level of soft skills, especially communication and motivation skills
  • organized and structured way of working
  • Solid experience with hybrid trading concepts ideal
  • Negotiation skills, high level of initiative, team player, able to work under pressure, flexible, very good communication and sales skills
  • Passion for eCommerce & hybrid commerce models
  • Sense for fashion, trends and presentation of goods
  • Assortment know-how for optimal demand planning
  • ideally contacts to the relevant buying decision makers
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise resource planning, concepts of digitization, good MS-Office skills and understanding of technical interfaces (EDI, API, etc.)
  • Location of the company headquarters in the center of Germany
