We take the safety of your personal data very seriously throughout the entire application process and are committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients and users of our website. Acquisition, Processing and Utilisation of Person-Specific Data
We collect personal data as part of the application process. This data is categorised as follows:

  • Personal data (first and surname, date of birth, address, educational qualifications)
  • Communication data (phone number, mobile number, fax number, email address, skype-ID)
  • 3rd party references (for example from public engagements) including appraisal and assessment reports
  • Educational information (school, apprenticeships, civilian or military service, studies, doctoral thesis)
  • Data regarding previous professional career and development including school or apprenticeship reports and additional qualifications (language skills, computer skills, voluntary work)

  • Salary expectation

Use and processing of personal data
The personal data you provide to HFT Consulting is only used in order to process your application for the advertised position. Only authorised and GDPR trained HFT employees who are directly involved in the recruitment process will be given access to this data and are obliged to keeping your data confidential. We do not pass your data on to any third party unless you have previously given your consent for us to do so or we are legally obliged due to an administrative or court order. As part of your application, we create an account for you on our career portal. You will be given access to this account in order to be able to view and update your personal data held within the account.

Pool of applicants
Should you decide to be entered into an applicant pool, then HFT employees will be able to access your personal data in order to match you with potential job opportunities. You can be added to the applicant pool by accepting a personal invite from an HFT employee or by proactively completing our online registration form. Your data will be used to contact you about suitable upcoming job opportunities. You are able to withdraw your consent to have any personal data saved on our job portal at any time by sending an email to

Data Processing
As part of a special data processing agreement between us and HR4YOU AG, Ulbarger Str. 52, 26629 Großefehn, your personal data will be collected, processed and saved by HR4YOU in line with current legal data processing regulations (§ 11 BDSG).
